I am Phalonne, the founder of La Perle Scrubs, a brand created with a clear and heartfelt mission: to redefine the scrub cap and jacket experience for healthcare professionals.

As a labor and delivery nurse, I experienced firsthand the gaps in the market. While scrubs were evolving into more modern, flattering designs, scrub caps and jackets seemed overlooked—often lacking comfort, functionality, and style. Long shifts in cold hospital environments, especially in the operating room, made it even more evident that something better was needed.

I set out to create pieces that truly support healthcare providers—designed with intention, elegance, and practicality in mind. From accommodating long hair with ease to providing warmth without sacrificing style, every detail was thoughtfully considered. My goal was simple: to move beyond outdated shapes and prints and offer something that feels as good as it looks.

What began as a small idea quickly turned into a passion. I poured my heart into designing high-quality scrub caps and jackets that professionals could wear confidently throughout their entire shift. When the first collection was met with incredible support, it inspired me to keep creating.

Today, every print is personally designed by me, inspired by the beauty and details I observe in everyday life. Each piece carries a unique story, crafted with care and intention—so you can feel both comfortable and confident in what you wear.
